Description of wire section
Complete toilet tissue paper production line includes wire section, press section, dryer section, base section and mechanical drive section etc. In order to ensure the paper dryness after forming and go through wire section, so in wire section we design dewatering element to remove some water from paper sheet when it go forward with wire.
To ensure the production capacity the dewatering capacity is design at maximum calculate value, when grade or speed changing to change the vacuum degree to keep highest dryness web outgoing to press section. The vacuum degree arrange is from low to high consist of formation board, foil box, suction box, the dewatering blade is made of ceramic the box is made of 304 stainless steel.

Feature of forming board: the formation board is preventing accumulate design and temper treatment equipped with up/down & forward/backward adjusting device and scale, to get the best landing point. The formation board is swing together with breast roll.
Installation and commissioning

| 5. | The consumables (such as electric and gas welding apparatus, welding rod, welding wire, raw tape, etc.) required in the installation process shall be provided by the buyer. |
| 6. | During commissioning, the buyer shall send personnel to actively assist the supplier. |
